Privacy policy

1. Information we collect

Account details: your email address and the password you choose, handled by our authentication provider.

Session content you provide: the company name, role and job description for a session, resumes and documents you upload, and notes or prepared answers you save.

Session activity: transcripts of questions and the answers generated for them when transcript saving is on, plus the start time, end time and mode of each session.

Technical details: your app version, operating system and basic device information, used to fix problems and keep the service running.

2. How we use it

To run the service: transcribing audio during a session, generating answers from the context you provided, and showing your history in the dashboard.

To manage your account, credits and subscription, and to respond when you contact support.

To find and fix errors and to protect the service against abuse.

3. Audio and AI providers

During a session, audio is sent to a speech-to-text provider to be transcribed, and the question together with your session context is sent to AI model providers to generate an answer. We do not store call audio.

These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms. We choose providers that do not use this data to train their models where that option is available.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate InQuiz (hosting, database, authentication, payments, transcription and AI models), or when the law requires it.

5. Storage and retention

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers. We keep it while your account is open. You can delete uploaded resumes from your dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

6. Your choices

You can turn off transcript saving for a session, delete uploaded files, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.

7. Children

InQuiz is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes and contact
