Terms of service

1. The service

InQuiz AI is a website and desktop app that transcribes conversations and generates suggested answers based on information you provide. Suggestions are produced by AI and may be incomplete or wrong; you are responsible for what you say and do with them.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.

3. Acceptable use

Use InQuiz only where AI assistance is allowed. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules of any interview, exam, employer, school or platform you use it with, and the laws that apply to you, including laws about recording or transcribing conversations.

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to attack or overload our systems, or to resell access without our written agreement.

If an organisation asks us not to support its hiring process, we may restrict use of the service for that process.

4. Credits, plans and payment

Some features need credits or a subscription. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the resumes, documents and notes you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.

6. Our content

The app, website, designs and brand belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your account is in good standing.

7. No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any feature will work with every third-party app, or that using it will lead to a job offer or any particular result.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using InQuiz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and contact
